Jacinta
Jacinta Inciarte graduated as a Doctor of Law from the University of Montevideo in 2016. Subsequently, she completed the Postgraduate course on Corporate Advisory at the University of Montevideo in 2018 and 2019. In 2020, she obtained an LLM in International Business Law from IE Madrid, Spain.
She specializes in Commercial and Corporate Law, advising companies on several business matters such as the structuring and corporate management of national and foreign companies, shareholders’ agreements, reorganization of companies, resolution of corporate conflicts, due diligence, mergers and acquisitions, stock purchase agreements, drafting contracts, among others.
