The immediate synergy between Bruchou & Funes de Rioja and the team headed by Messrs. Vedoya and Arbeleche positioned the Firm in a short period of time among the main legal advisors in the mining industry in Argentina.

Messrs. Vedoya and Arbeleche have a long career in the mining sector. They have been working together for more than 24 years, rendering legal advice in natural resources matters, and have been part of Natural Resources and Environmental sectors in Law Firms that have been leaders in such expertise. They both provide legal advice to local and foreign companies in mining and environmental matters and have assisted in pioneer and leading mining projects in Argentina (including binational projects). Also, they have actively participated in the design and drafting of regulations related to the mining activity at national and provincial level that have enabled the development of specific projects in the sector.
