She graduated from the School of Law of Universidad de Montevideo in 2016. In 2018 and 2019 completed a postgraduate Diploma in Corporate Counselling from Universidad de Montevideo. Currently in progress, LL.M. at Universidad de Montevideo.

She specializes in matters of corporate law. In her daily practice she provides legal advice to corporations on corporate structuring and administration, shareholders’ agreements, corporate reorganization, corporate dispute resolution, due diligence processes, share purchase agreements and advice on corporate issues in business transactions (M&A),, and drafting of commercial contracts, among others.
