Bruchou & Funes de Rioja has a first-class litigation team with highly renowned lawyers. The team is led by Mr. Carlos María Rotman, a former Commercial Court of Appeals Judge for two decades and Chairman of the National Court of Appeals on commercial matters for three periods. Among its renowned members are Mr. Martín Beretervide, who has vast experience in commercial litigation in bankruptcy and corporate matters and Mr. Ignacio Minorini Lima who has developed an extensive expertise in international and domestic arbitration proceedings.
